No. Even with our highest tier plans, the price that you see is the monthly price that you’ll pay. 

Great question! After successful payment you get assigned a Proxi.Pro that is dedicated to your account and services you requested. For all plans the next month payment is due after your first post/video/ad is live from the plan you signed up for (excluding web development). 

We’re flexible with any form of online sharing system you want. We’re able to use dropbox, a google drive, icloud, or even uploading to YouTube so that we can edit. This is something that you can discuss with your Proxi.Pro upon sign up. 

We believe firmly in offering great services at a great price. Our prices are low because our marketing agency only works in the real estate niche and we use ai to assist in all our marketing efforts. 

We’re an American only company and hire internally within the US. None of your footage is handled by a person who lives outside of the US – EVER. We do however rely on ai that may mimic actions of a virtual assistant and be at a lower cost. 

We try not to say no, but the ad work that we specialize in is proprietary and unique to real estate. You can go to modules.proxi.marketing to learn how to set up ad accounts and how to set up ads, but nothing specific about the verbaige and imaging. If you want us to train your team to run ads it’s going to be incredibly expensive (like more than it would cost for us to run them for you for 10 years) but you can message us and ask. 

Yes. They’re very custom and offer different packages depending on your needs. Unfortunately, each team and package is so unique we can’t come up with packages for every team situation – so ask us about what you need and we’ll get back to you. 

We know that our clients have deadlines to get their houses sold and we aim to get ads up and running as soon as possible – with that being said please make sure your ads account are set up on meta and google to avoid us taking time away from getting them running ot set them up.
