Module-Based Learning Refunds:

  1. Refunds on Sale Items: Refunds are not given on any sale items. All sale purchases are final.
  2. Monthly Subscription Services: Refunds will not be given for monthly subscription services during the month that the service is active. However, you are allowed to cancel the service at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  3. Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscribers can request a refund of no more than 20% of the original purchase amount. Refund requests for annual subscriptions are accepted within 8 months from the date of purchase. To request a refund, please follow the instructions outlined on our website at proxi.marketing/refund/module-request.
  4. Lifetime Membership: Refunds on lifetime memberships must be requested in writing within 30 days of the purchase date. After this period, refunds for lifetime memberships will not be processed.
  5. Refund Request Procedure: To request a refund for module-based learning, please complete the full refund request form available at proxi.marketing/refund/module-request. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date, except for monthly subscriptions.

Service-Based Refunds:

  1. Sales and Promotional Prices: No sales or promotional prices will be refunded. All purchases made at a discounted rate are final.
  2. Monthly Services: All services provided by Proxi.Marketing are priced based on an hourly wage to complete. Refunds for monthly services cannot be processed to include the remainder of the month. You are free to cancel monthly services at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  3. Annual Services: For annual service subscriptions, if you choose to cancel within the billing cycle, your service will stop on the day of cancellation, and 75% of the remaining payment for that billing cycle will be refunded with no questions asked.
  4. Non-Usage: Not using a service is not a valid reason to request a refund. We encourage you to take full advantage of the services you’ve subscribed to.
  5. Refund Request Procedure: To request a refund for service-based offerings, you must fill out a form at proxi.marketing/refund/service-refund. Refunds for annual services will be calculated based on the date of cancellation and refunded accordingly.
